I.Detecting Device.
GSM Mobile phone / Modem could be attached to PC via Serial port(RS-232) cable,
USB cable, Infrared or bluetooth.
If we are not sure which com port is used, there is autodetect feature on PC SMS bulk Sender om GSM Device Connection settings

When using Bluetooth connection, one device could be attached to one or more COM port.
RS-232 Connection (Serial Port)
The most stable connection between PC and GSM devicr is using RS-232 Connection. For non stop run, it is most recommended options.
USB Connection When using USB connection, the driver from the devices's vendor are needed. After installing proper driver for the device, please make sure that device has been detected on windows >>Control Panels>>Phone Modem Options>>Modems.
Bluetooth COM ports
If the device has ben connected via bluetooth, but undetected from PC SMS Bulk Sender, we must set the bluetooth COM Port first. Pic 1.6 shows the settings using Windows Native bluetooth driver. If using driver from the bluetooth's vendor please read on their manual about Bluetooth COM Ports

II. Importing Phonebook
a. Import phone number from CSV (*.csv) file
Create text file contain phonenumber list with CSV format. CSV format is field column separated by a comma ( , ) .
Make sure using text qualifier ( " )if on the name field contain some comma. Otherwise when the name field not contain any comma, text qualifier are optional.

Excel files can be exported to CSV files. Open Excel file using MS Excel, separete column that will be exported. in the new sheet And then click main menu File>>Save As..

Load text file from pc sms bulk sender, by clicking Import phonebook from *.csv file. When the mobile number contained on the file already listed on the PC SMS Bulk Sender phonebook, it will not be added.

b. Importing Phonebook From Mobile Phone
After device has connected, open main menu File >>Import>>Phonebook From phone

After clicking import, "On importing phonebook" status will appear". It takes about 2 to 5 minutes to importing phonebook.
III.Creating SMS Template
SMS template very useful to manage the recipient list, so you don't have to pick the contacts one by one everytime you want to send SMS to some group.
a.Creating SMS template.
SMS template can be created in two ways.
i. Creating template from new SMS.
But instead clicking the send button, click the File>>Save As Template button.

ii. Creating template from existing SMS.
Open an SMS and then click File>>Save As Template.

b.Using SMS template
Open an SMS template that you've been made. Edit the Subject,Message or recipient list if necessary and then click Send to send the SMS.

IV.Saving SMS to File.
SMS on outbox, sent, failed and template folder could be saved to file, by clicking File>>Save.

To open the saved SMS from the file, click New SMS as if to create new SMS, then open SMS by clicking File>>Open.
